A clinician licensed in your state decides whether treatment is medically appropriate; they exercise independent judgment, and no one at Reduxa can influence a prescribing decision. If treatment isn't right for you, you'll be told directly and won't pay for medication.
- What medication would I get?
- That's your provider's decision, based on your health history. Where appropriate, providers may prescribe compounded GLP-1 medication containing the same active ingredient found in brand-name GLP-1 medications, prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not approved or evaluated by the FDA — your provider will explain what they recommend and why.
- How much does it cost?
- [$XXX] per month, all-in: provider care, medication if prescribed, and unlimited messaging with your care team. You see the full price before entering payment details, and there are no membership or hidden fees. If you don't qualify, you pay nothing for medication.
- How do I cancel?
- Online, from your account, in a few minutes. No phone call, no retention script. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. The full policy is on our cancellation page.
- Who sees my health information?
- Your clinical care team and the pharmacy filling your prescription. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers or call centers. Our health-intake process is kept separate from any marketing technology.
- Will I get spam calls after signing up?
- No — and we put it in writing. Submitting your information to Reduxa means Reduxa contacts you, and no one else. See the no-spam pledge on our transparency page.
- How quickly will I hear back after my assessment?
- A licensed provider typically reviews your assessment within one business day. Where your state requires a synchronous telehealth visit, you'll be scheduled for one.
- Are there side effects?
- GLP-1 medications commonly cause digestive side effects, especially when starting — nausea and constipation are the most frequent. Serious side effects are possible. Your provider reviews the risks with you before prescribing and your care team is available throughout treatment.
- Where does the medication come from?
- If prescribed, your medication is prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to your door. Your provider and care team can answer questions about your specific medication at any time.
- Which states do you operate in?
- OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC has licensed clinicians across all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Availability of specific treatments is confirmed during your assessment based on the state you live in.
