Cancellation & refunds

In plain English, because that's the point.

How to cancel

Cancel from your subscription settings in your account, or email care@myreduxa.com and ask us to cancel. Either way you will not be asked to call anyone, sit through a retention pitch, or explain yourself. We confirm by email within one business day.

We need your request at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Inside that window the next charge still goes through and the cancellation takes effect on the billing date after it. We are telling you this here, in the same size type as everything else, because finding it out at the wrong moment is the whole reason people distrust this category.

When it takes effect

Immediately for future billing. You keep access to your care team through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

  • If a provider determines treatment isn't appropriate for you: you receive a full refund. If you are disqualified later in your subscription, you are refunded for the charges remaining after the disqualification.
  • If you cancel within 72 hours of signing up and have not yet received any care or medication: full refund.
  • Once medication has shipped: federal law prevents prescription medication being returned to a pharmacy for refund or reuse, so shipped medication cannot be refunded. Outside the two cases above, cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding past ones — where a refund is approved it covers your most recent billing cycle only.
  • Billing errors: reported errors are corrected and refunded promptly. Email care@myreduxa.com.

Pausing instead

If you want a break without losing your care history, you can pause your subscription from your account instead of cancelling. Pausing follows the same 72-hour notice as cancelling.
