1. Who we are and what we do

Alpha Academy LLC dba Reduxa (“Reduxa”) operates a platform that connects you with licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. Medical services are provided by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC. Reduxa is not a medical provider and not a pharmacy. All medical decisions, including whether to prescribe any medication, are made solely by licensed clinicians exercising their own independent professional judgment.

2. No guarantee of prescription or results

Completing an assessment does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed. Prescriptions are issued only where a licensed provider determines treatment is medically appropriate. Individual results from any treatment vary and are not guaranteed.

3. Not for emergencies

Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in a state where our services are available, and provide accurate, complete health information. Providing false information can result in serious harm to your health and termination of services.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Services are billed as a recurring subscription, every 4 weeks, at the price shown before you enter payment details. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing our care team; we ask for 72 hours' notice before your next billing date, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 6. Compounded medications

Where a provider prescribes a compounded medication, it is prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not approved or evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA.

9. Intellectual property & acceptable use

All site content is owned by or licensed to Alpha Academy LLC dba Reduxa. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access other patients' information, or use the services on behalf of another person.
