All medical care through Reduxa is provided by licensed clinicians of OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC — a nationwide medical group with clinicians licensed across all 50 states and Washington, D.C., whose clinical network supports care for more than 3 million patients annually. When you complete an assessment, it is reviewed by one of their clinicians licensed in your state.
How this works — plainly
Reduxa is the brand you subscribe with: we run this website, your account, your subscription, and your support experience. We are not a medical provider, and we think you should know that — because nearly every telehealth brand works this way and almost none of them say so.
Your medical care — the evaluation, the prescribing decision, the ongoing clinical oversight — belongs to the clinicians of OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC. They exercise independent professional judgment. No one at Reduxa can influence whether a clinician prescribes, what they prescribe, or to whom.
Your medication, if prescribed, is prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to your door.

Verify it yourself
You'll always see your clinician's name and credentials during your care, and you can verify any provider's license through your state medical board or the federal NPI registry at npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov. If a provider determines treatment isn't appropriate for you, that decision is final — and you pay nothing for medication.
